Office Star 13-37N9WA Review: Office Star Space Deluxe Chair with Air-Grid Back and Mesh Seat, Black. Let me first say that if the chair arrived in tact, I would give this at least 4 stars. As it is, it arrived with a giant hole ripped in the box, and another small one poked through on the side. After assembling the chair, which was very easy, I realized one of the adjustment levers was broken COMPLETELY off and missing entirely from the box. My only guess is that careless shipping and packaging of the product led to it being broken in transit, and probably fell out one ... Read more »
