Beef, Pork and Lamb Roasts or chicken when cooked in this small doufeu is unbelievably tender & moist. Melts in your mouth. My favorite of all my enameled cast iron dutch ovens. I put ice in the recessed top of this doufeu and it worked it's magic as it melted creating the condensation which baste the meat for it's mouth watering cooking perfection.
