Riester 2050 Review: Riester Diagnostic Set, Otoscope and Ophthalmoscope heads with C-handle with Vacuum light 2.7V, econom#2050. As a nursing student, I wanted a reasonably priced set to practice at home with. Although this set has many desirable features, it also had many deficiencies and ultimately proved defective. The lamp tended to flicker which made practical use distracting at best. I also did not like the screw mechanism for interchanging the heads.
