Tanaka Power Equipment SF-PS Review: Tanaka SF-PS Commercial Grade Split-Boom Pole Saw Attachment. Well so far this has been an ordeal. I received the attachment damaged and of course Amazon comes to the rescue. I have no fault with Amazon or UPS as they are exemplary. My gripe is with Tanaka customer service. I asked for a replacement oil tank cover which might cost 5 dollars so I would not have to send the saw back for a replacement.
